  • I want to place an order - what now?
    Great! We are excited to work with you! There are a few options to place an order with us: 1) Under the "CONTACT" tab above, please fill out the questions and hit "Submit Now". 2) Email us directly with details of your event to: 3) Give us a call at (775) 222-4225 and we can take your order over the phone. We always respond within 24 hours of your inquiry. Feel free to reach out with any questions, we are happy to help!
  • Do I have to order a package, or can I simply order a-la-carte?"
    Both options are available and you are welcome to add additional items to a package, but we are not able to remove or swap items out of the packages.
  • How long is your rental period?
    The rental period is 48 hours. We understand the stress of party planning, and find it is easier to have the rentals the day before your event. The rentals are then due the day after your event. If you are looking for a longer rental period, we are happy to speak with you over the phone to accommodate your request.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    We have both pick-up and delivery options. The items would be available for pick-up the day before your event within a 2 hour pick-up window. Please allow at least 30 minutes for the pickup and drop-off as we will inspect every item in the order so you can receive back the full deposit. We also offer delivery for $50 round trip delivery fee.
  • Do you deliver and how much does it cost?
    We deliver to the entire Las Vegas Valley for a charge of $50 roundtrip. We would be happy to work with you to make arrangements to travel further, so feel free to contact us with any questions. A more accurate quote can be provided after determining the specific location, size of the event, and times to be delivered.
  • What is the minimum order?
    Minimum order is $100
  • Are the items reserved once I request a contract?
    The items will be placed on a 48 hour hold once a contract is sent to you. Please note that after 48 hours, we reserve the right to accept other reservations.
  • Do you have a cleaning fee?
    Good news! No hidden or extra cleaning fees - it's already included in the price of the rental. However, we do require that each piece is rinsed or wiped, removing all food and debris, prior to packing back in the carrier containers. A care and repacking checklist will be provided upon delivery or pick-up.
  • Is there a damage deposit?
    A $100 refundable deposit applies to every rental under $200, which is refundable upon inspection of returned items. If the rental total is over $200, replacement and damage deposit pricing will be reviewed in the contract prior to booking. A $30 charge applies to any teacup and saucer set that is missing or damaged. Replacement pricing for other items will be reviewed in the contract prior to booking.
  • Are hourly or weekly rentals available?
    While hourly rentals are not available, we would be happy to work with you to accomodate a longer rental period. Please contact us with information about your specific rental needs.
  • Am I able to change my order after paying the deposit?
    We understand the final guest count of your event may fluctuate as your event date gets closer. The final count and payment is required 7 days prior to your event.
  • Do you offer any additional services to help with my tea-party?
    Yes, we do offer set-up and tear-down services for an additional fee. If you're looking for party planning services, or decor consultations, we are happy to refer you to one of our preferred partners here in Las Vegas.
  • Do you offer a set-up and tear-down service? If so, how much is that service?"
    We do offer set-up and tear-down as an additional fee. For both set-up and tear-down services, the service fee is 50% of your total order. If you prefer only set-up, or only tear-down, each service would be 25% of your total order.
  • Can I combine your items with my own tea sets, or with items from another rental company?"
    If the items you wish to combine are different enough from the Park House Tea Company items, combination may be allowed. We reserve the right to refuse rental if we determine that items in question are similar enough to cause confusion as to ownership and return. A Park House Tea Company representative will make the final determination - we encourage you to contact us with specific inquiries.
  • Can I select specific sets from your collection?
    We understand how you might fall in love with specific tea sets from our beautiful collection! Unfortunately, we do not allow specific selection due to the size of our collection and the time it would take to hunt down specific pieces. However, we do take great care in the curation of your order, and each piece included has been carefully chosen as to how it fits with each of the other pieces.
  • Can I view your inventory in person?
    We do not allow viewing consultations at this time. We do encourage you to utilize the photo gallery on our website for reference.
